the advertiser has to take in to thought what they believe the reader will appeal to. they have to design there advertisement around what the reader would like more and decide whether it should be made as a game, a flash, or a video clip. these advertisements can range from games made just for fun, to helping to promote something and to be a web guide.

3. Is this a job you might be interested in pursuing in the future? Please say why or why not.
I would not like to have this job seeing as I do not see how the product made by these designers really benefits people. In my opinion these advertisements are more annoying then helpful.
